"Your cozy suite will be available to you on the day of arrival from 3:00 PM.

If you arrive before 3:00 PM, we are happy to store your luggage.

In the meantime, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel with a glass of Prosecco, take a stroll through Wagrain, make your first turns in the powder snow, or simply indulge in the warm sunshine on the sun terrace."

"Please plan for your suite to be available until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

If you would like to enjoy our spa area, feel free to use the bathrobes and towels from your suite.

If you wish to spend more time in our region on your departure day, we are happy to store your luggage.

Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability for an additional fee!"

"To secure your booking, a deposit of 20% of the arrangement price is required at the time of reservation.

In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, the deposit will be refunded to your account or credited to your customer account for a future booking."

We have improved our cancellation conditions for you:

• Free Cancellation:

  • For bookings from November 29, 2024, to April 20, 2025: up to 14 days before your arrival date.
  • For bookings from April 30, 2025, to November 3, 2025: up to 3 days before your arrival date.

• In case of No-Show or early departure:

  • 100% of the package price is payable.

• Cancellation Fees:

  • 100% of the accommodation price will be charged as cancellation fees. Exceptions apply in cases of official border closures, travel warnings, or a lockdown in your home country, where no cancellation fees will be incurred.

• Cancellation outside the deadline:

  • The deposit amount will be refunded to you or credited to your customer account upon request. Your deposit can also be credited to your customer account for a future booking.

Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

Your furry friend is always welcome to stay with us. We charge EUR 30.00 per day for your dog's stay.

"Please let us know via email before your arrival if you need a baby bed or a high chair for your little one. A one-time fee of EUR 25.00 applies."

"We have new e-bikes available for the summer time for rent at our boutique hotel. For those who don't have the trained leg muscles of a cyclist, riding an e-bike is a comfortable option.

Free rental is limited to 2 hours | Full-day e-bike rental: EUR 45.00.

Please consult the reception for recommendations on where to ride in the area with 18 gears."
